Amazed & Enthused

After watching LOB, I watched "Dazed & Confused" for the third time. I felt bad about not celebrating 420, so  I made up the lack of celebration by watching the best stoner film ever. This film is about a group of people about to enter & graduate high school as they attend a party. My favorite is Mike, as the second time I watched the film, I wanted to be an ACLU lawyer, which he says was his goal in life. Also, we both identify as misanthropes & express a hatred for self appointed, over dominant alpha male types. I've a crush on Cynthia (I tend to have crushes on fictional characters: Luna Lovegood, Rory Gilmore, Alice from the 1951 version of "AIW", Michelle Flaherty, Ginny Weasly, to name a few). So does the character of Wooderson (Matthew McConaughey). The children about to enter high school are being tortured by the ones about to finish, especially Mitch Kramer (Wiley Wiggins), who is tortured by O'Bannion (Ben Affleck), who purposely failed a grade just to have another year to bully freshmen. This is a great coming of age film that I think any stoner, soon to be freshman (at high school or college) should watch.
